VJN Victims and Survivors of Crime Week 2019 Global Classroom
On May 31st, 2019 the Victim Justice Network in partnership with Durham College delivered a Global Classroom online event on the topic of “Resilience and Victims of Violence”. This interactive event provides an overview of key research findings from a multi-year research project that was led by Dr. Ben Roebuck at Algonquin College in Ottawa, Ontario. The discussion addresses the topic of resilience from a victim perspective, based on interviews and surveys of over 400 victims across Canada.
